Shipping and Delivery
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, and size of the package(s) being shipped. We offer a real-time shipping estimator on every product page.
- Can I change my shipping options after I have placed my order?Yes, but you will have to call and verify that your order has not been processed. If it has been processed, you will have to place another order. SO PLEASE VERIFY ALL THE INFORMATION WHEN ORDERING.
- Do you ship outside the US?Sorry, at this time we do not ship outside the continental US. However, you may still order design services.
- What shipping carriers do you use?We ship all of our products by UPS Ground from our Los Angeles, CA based print facility.
- How long in transit will my order be?The image below shows the approximate transit time for your item to be delivered once it has been shipped from our print facility:
Returns and Exchanges
- Will I be able to return or exchange something I’ve ordered?
Due to the fact that each order is personalized for the client, and therefore has no resale value, all sales are final.
- My order was never received, what should I do?
On rare occasions, packages sent via UPS get lost in transit. If this happened in your case, please contact us and we will assist you on filing a claim with UPS. However, if the tracking number indicates that the package(s) were delivered to the shipping address specified on your order; we will not be held responsible and it is up to you to dispute it with UPS.
- My package arrived damaged, what can I do?
Again, on rare occasions, UPS mishandles your package and it may arrive in unacceptable condition. If this happens, please notify the delivery person so they can notate it in their records, or immediately notify UPS upon discovery of your damaged package. After notifying UPS, please contact us so we can work with them in filing a claim to resolve the incident.
